I can't find a definition for "de date à date" in French. I suppose it means "without interruption", do you know if "from date to date" is a known expression in English ?

My interpretation is that the lease starts and ends on the same date. English legalese usually says something like "expiring on the ninth anniversary of the date of this lease". You need to do a bit of re-wording.
