French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Share Capital/Company Shares
"10 parts numerotees de 1 a 10 en toute propriete et l'usufruit de 980 parts numerotees de 11 a 990 (dont la nue-propriete appartient a Monsieur X, ci ....10.....980"

I am having trouble with the definitin of 'toute propriete', any help would be greatly appreciated. Also what is the translation of 'ci' in this context?

in total ownership

Another option to consider might be "in total property". However, I am inclined to think that it is "ownership" which is the right word here.

In UK English, the term "total ownership" is not commonly used
