specialist application integration

intégration usually refers to application integration, and métier is used to mean a solution which is specific to the company/industry involved, rather than a universal solution.

business logic integration

If the product is designed to provide a service that can be customized for each client, I would say "business logic integration". I think this is what the source text is trying to express, although somewhat imprecisely.
