French term

lieu de stabilisation

French to English Bus/Financial Insurance Terms and conditions for insurance policy
Lieu de stabilisation: l'endroit ou l'assuré est transporté a la suite d'un sinistre en vue de le rendre apte a une évacuation ou a un repatriement.

Again, I can see what they're getting at but wondered if there was a specific term. I wondered about place of convalescence, but that may be too far way from the French meaning...

Many thanks again!

(emergency) treatment centre

A guess, but sounds like the first place where an injured person is taken to (e.g. could be a local hospital or specially set up facility). Are we talking about travel insurance?
