Hi there,
I am translating a document which gives profiles for the members of staff of a Quebec-based company providing services in the field of Employee Assistance Programmes. This sentence/term appears in a section describing the education/career background of the company's founder:
"Il [the company's founder] a de plus développé divers programmes de formation et intervient à titre conseil auprès des gestionnaires, des intervenants syndicaux, **des agents de référence** et du personnel des services médicaux qui sont en relation avec des personnes en difficulté."
I don't know what "agents de référence" are. Reference officers? Doesn't get any convincing hits on google! Thanks for any help you can give.
