I am working on a list of job descriptions for a variety of positions. Under one of the headings "skills required", two separate skills are listed, one is "gestion" and the other is "management". How can I differentiate between the two terms in my translation?

the word 'leadership' is commonly used in French. I think that if they had meant leadership, they would have used that word.
