It's a text about nutritional products. A partial version of the same text, including the passage below, is on the internet. Despite the explanation they have given, I'm still not sure what they mean by 'de charge' here.

L'aliment complet ou supplément nutritionnel selon l'invention contient ... au moins un produit apportant des glucides, en particulier les ***substances glucidiques de charge*** ...

Par ***"substances glucidiques de charge"***, on entend les hydrolysats de l'amidon ou de ses dérivés qui sont assimilables par l'organisme tels que, par exemple, la maltodextrine.
