Circulaire n° 2216 du 14 février 1973 relative à la création et à l'utilisation de décharges de matières de vidange des fosses d'aisance dites déposantes (non parue au Journal Officiel).
I have found this term in the GDT, but no English equivalent, merely a definition:
Aire aménagée pour permettre le dépôt et la transformation naturelle des matières de vidanges
Any suggestions for what I might call this in English?
