I found "régleur en charge" in the glossary defined as "on-load tap changer" but the sentence I am trying to translate has "prises du régleur en charge". I'm not sure what the difference is here. Here is the whole sentence:
Thanks

on-load tap changer tap positions
It seems that "prise" stands here for the "tap position" of the tap changer. It does not make sense otherwise (as "socket").

load regulating sockets
The transformers can function in continuous service at their nominal voltage within the heating limit at 10% of over-excitation or under excitation (this applies to all ** load regulating sockets** and in case of forced cooling, all the air cooling in use.
