Its the heading for a document, I understand that the title says technical specificications for connecting the solar power plant (name of plant) to the VHV (very high voltage) electricity supply (or source) but not sure how the last bit fits into this. Suggestions appreciated thanks. See below

Thanks but what im having problems is with the partie protection, I know the poste is short for a substation so it would be a VHV substation but don't know what partie protection is in this case, Anyone?
