: I suspect IM describes the tech. function, and it's probably EDF IM feed, or IM feed for / to EDF

As the context gradually trickles through, I'm wondering if this couldn't be something along the lines of 'isolateur manuel' --- it certainly seems to be something to do with switching, as it appears alongside other switching devices, and is often 'fermé'
