This is for standard installation of booths at a trade fair. The organiser installs basic booths which the exhibitors then furbish to their liking.
From previous ProZ entries, the "coffret" would be an electrical cabinet, but why is it "pour sol" and "pour facades"?
The sentence in full is:
"Pose d'un coffret d'alimentation électrique pour le sol et les façades du stand."

un coffret d'alimentation electrique is still usually described as a fuse box even though these days it will have 'disjoncteurs' or trip switches.

Wall and/or floor-mounted electrical distribution cabinet
"Pour le sol et les facades" is a bit odd, and I can't quite see why you would want to make a distinction for electricity outlets in the floor or on the wall. However, the cabinets themselves could be free standing on the floor, or wall mounted. Choice of "box" or "cabinet" rather depends on the size: Less than 60A would probably be a box, more than 200A would be a cabinet.

Well, yes, you wouldn't expect more than one box/cabinet. However, it's not clear to me why the author should make a distinction between sockets on the walls (or power to displays etc on the frontage) and sockets on/in the floor. Maybe I'm just reading too much into it.
