YES, before this list of different persons under different categories (such as hospital pharmacists, general practitioners, etc.) it is written the title:

It might help if the asker gave better context. It says "professorial rank", but some of the people are not professors.

Indeed, based on the header "Social Sciences - Istruzione/Pedagogia / professorial rank" could be indeed the staff of some school.

It looks like membership of a committee to me, since they're either titulaire or suppléant. This would mean that all the answers so far are incorrect.
