More context required, and this really ought to have been posted as 2 separate questions, for teh 2 distinct terms.

Context How are the items connected to a fondue burner? Is fondue burner a heading, another item in the list, etc? Are there any other terms?

Sounds to me like a list of kitchen gadgets: fondue set, electric grinder, and "dessous de plat retractable" - I looked this up for you when you posted before and found, surprisingly, "collapsible trivet", to describe one of those folding metal stands you put hot dishes down on. How the three would fit into a fondue set I have no idea, unless it came with a nifty electric pepper grinder (why?) and stand - but why? The fondue pot already sits on a stand above the flame at the table. (You can tell I have a soft spot for kitchen gadgets).

I believe they are 2 separate items and it is a fondue burner.
