I have found "door light switch", and I'm pretty sure this is some kind of switch, but I doubt it's that specific. This building has "contrôle d'accès" so it has to be more related to security. It also seems likely that this "contact de feuillure" is not only for doors, but windows as well. The text also mentions "serrures à gâche électrique ou serrures électriques".

These are, I presume, usually inserted in some rebate on a window or door, in France at least, but in the ESW we seem to overlook this geolocational aspect of the gizmo and concentrate on its function which is to detect the position of a window or door, i.e. whether it is open or closed, or if its position has suddenly changed, as during ingress, authorized or not, and relay (by means of the associated cabling) that information to the security room or alarm system.
