Hi! This part of the tender for a fountain engineering product is entitled "protection before installation". I am just sure what présentant means in this context... I cannot seem to find something that fits...
Déballer et inspecter les équipements fournis afin de s'assurer de leur bon état et qu'il n'y ait aucun manque. Examiner l'intérieur des équipements présentant des ouvertures, enlever tout corps étranger.

Sure, you could probably get away with just saying "with." I'm far from sure, but I thing "containing/having openings" is probably a bit more common in a document such as this than simply "with." But, it's up to you to decide. Nonetheless, no matter which one you use, the meaning will stay the same.
