Unlike the other answerers, who read this is either a verb or a past participle (which is necessary in order for the sentence to apparently make sense), I wonder if this isn't being used rather as a nonce word, an invented adjective describing 'fichier', and I would imagine being used to mean 'indicator, pointer, flag' etc.
Just an idea, based purely on guesswork, I'm afraid! Maybe others can take this further into the realms of reality... :-)

N'est-ce pas plutôt "indiqué" (cette phrase n'a aucun sens telle qu'elle est rédigée) ? Si oui, voir ma proposition ci-dessus.
