"superviseur Hyper-V de Windows Server"
This looks like it should be
Hyper-V de Windows Server supervisor
but when I google that, I get nothing.
Context:
une machine virtuelle dont l'isolation absolue est assurée par le superviseur Hyper-V de Windows Server
superviseur = software, server, supervisor --- what would be the correct term?

: Or "monitor", the "superviseur" is pretty much redundant. More hits with "supervision" but even more without either.

: the link provided here finds the term "supervisor" within MS terminology, but not within the context of their Hyper-V software

: "Manager administrative console" is the software component that operates the interface with humans, not the part that is taking care of "l'isolation absolue"

hypervisor
Microsoft has no lexical entry for supervisor/superviseur in the context of its Hyper-V software. It may be that the source text should read : ... par le hyperviseur Hyper-V de Windows Server

Example sentence:

oui, on est tous d'accord la dessus ! - le problème est que le mot superviseur dans ce contexte est problématique - voir mes commentaires dans la discussion

Discussion
having said that, this might be an error in transcribing a dictation, or a voice recognition error that went uncorrected, or just a clumsy use of the term. Or even a right use of "supervisor", but with so many indications to the contrary, I would check with the client.
BTW, there is another clue well hidden in plain sight - the name of this software:
"Hyper-V" = hypervisor (for) Virtualisation?
Support that this term is the correct one in the context given : "Hyper-V implements isolation of virtual machines in terms of a partition. A partition is a logical unit of isolation, supported by the hypervisor ..." from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyper-V
the problem is in the name for the kind of software that is running all that (and insuring strict insulation of each Virtual Machine NOT the user interface [with humans])- if you do some basic check it's called a "hypervisor" not a "supervisor"
"... Hyper-V, codenamed Viridian[5] and formerly known as Windows Server Virtualization, is a native hypervisor that enables platform virtualization on x86-64 systems ..."
