This is a paragraph heading in a quality plan for an outsourcing company offering platform hosting
Gestion et rapatriement des noms de domaine
[Name of service provider] peut se charger de l’administration et de la gestion des noms de domaine (dépôt et rapatriement) quelle que soit leur extension.
I get the idea of 'depositing', but am much less sure about the idea of 'repatriation' — which doesn't seem to get many relevant hits on Google, for example.
I'm rushing for a deadline, so any help would be much appreciated here!
TIA!

That's it as shown here:
"Transferring your domain name from your current hosting provider to another is a relatively simple task, and can usually be performed for you by your new hosting provider. "

"Deposit" is paired with "transfer" in the financial domain. In your context, "dépôt" is translated by "registration", as mentioned by jlsjr in his comment.

Meaning to take back.
Note from asker:
Thank you for your contribution, André! Although I would certainly agree in a general context, I haven't found conclusive evidence to support this translation in a specifically domain-name context. |
