external shops/boutiques

Whether it is "shops" or "boutiques" really depends upon the market sector. However, I disagree with anna purna about "stores" being better as they are (in UK English), generally either large shops (magasins) or storage places/warehouses. I think "externes" qualifies "partenaires" as well as "boutiques".

You could use "outside" instead of "external".

external stores

Why are so sure it can't be this ? Stores sounds better than shops, though.
