French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Reporting

This is an internal presentation to a hypermarket's executives from a (hired) external consulting agency to show them exactly how they can assist them in reducing costs (expenditures). I found this term that I can't find the right translation for in English. It is used the following ways in the document (this is all the info I have):

Consommables bureau à massifier au niveau SRS, voire à l’international.
Intérim - Renégociation des coefficients via SRS :
faire des accords SRS par pays
