Please could you shed some light on the following term (de forme anonyme):
"La Société est de forme anonyme" (The Company is of anonymous form - does not sound right at all).
Any help or advice in translating the term would be greatly appreciated.

: while it is an S.A we wouldn't use the direct translation of "anonymous" - you either keep the French or use an equivalent such as a "limited company"
