French term

accueil soigné

French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
About the same clothing brand having a bit of difficulty bringing enough customers due to the difficult economic situation...
Among other things, they want their employees to focus on "l'accueil soigné de chaque client".
Thanks!

Probably not "careful" or "proper" welcome. Is there a specific "business term" for this in English? Thanks!

personalised service

One of various options: I don't think you have to stay with the literal 'accueil' idea, what I imagine they're talking about is "providing each client with a personalised service".

agree Anthony Lines (X) : Accueil tends to be used for reception or service rather than welcome.
