French term
législation applicable
French to English
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
In an extrait Kbis, in the "observations" section there are the dates and descriptions of various events. Each description is preceded by the wording "legislation applicable", for example:
"31 Janvier 2006 Législation applicable Nomination de Mme X en tant que Président
6 février 2007 Législation applicable Réalisation de l'apport partiel d'actif au profit de scoiété X"
Does this simply mean that they are regulated events for which notification must be given? thanks

It's strange to use "législation" as the word generally means the same in French as in English, i.e the particular law appertaining. Here I think it can only mean the authority upon which each of the items in your list is based. Is there any other context that you have not told us about?

Applicable law
Loi applicable à des statuts, à un contrat, etc.
1 hr
Applicable legislation
This is often used as a term so I don't see why it shouldn't be used unless you are looking for a less formal tone.

current legislation
applicable = that can be applied thus current
