However, I might mention that "times" (i.e. "tempe" is misspelled and should be "temps" as should "bon" be used in the plural, i.e. "bons".

This is a Cajun/Louisiana saying and should be left untranslated

staight out of the Bayous of Louisiana where the Cajuns (Acadians) still play their special Music and speak their special French dialect. Sure you can translate it as LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL but it just does not make much sense in anything but the original and badly spelled version.
