I think there is sufficient lack of clarity in the original, too much room for guess work as to what is acutally going on here, that you really ought to contact your client. After that, I suspect you have a sufficient range of suggestions already.

I don't know how heavy this pod is (presumably not very), particularly with respect to the weight of the wing itself and the solar panels (heavy, surely?) on the top side, otherwise I would be tempted to say that the pod (and the pilot? autopilot? control system?) would "lower the centre of gravity to below the wing".

In the absence of this knowledge I'd interpret "rejoindra" as "be mounted at". Obviously, if the COG is already at or below the underside of the wing, the extra weight of the pod will lower the COG even further.

Still a flying wing design? The use of "rejoindre" seems strange here, but I assume the cabin pod will be the heaviest part and therefore located at of close to the CoG.
