"Incidences des évaluations fiscales dérogatoires" is a heading in an annual accounts report. It's mainly the 'dérogatoires' part I'm unsure of in context, though I'm interested to know if there's a standard expression for the whole term. Thanks in advance for any help...

The place I'm most used to encountering "dérogatoire" in accounts is in "amortissements dérogatoires". The "dérogatoire" is not an adverse judgement and "derogatory" is certainly not the right word here, but indicates that this is a departure from the rule: although French financial and tax accounts are very closely related not to say generally identical, some depreciation is calculated differently for accounting and tax purposes.
So I think - although I'm not sure (it would be great if someone else could confirm!) that the dérogatoire refers to valuations (évaluations - the figures, not evaluation in the sense of rating as suggested earlier) for tax purposes, that differ from the figures stated for purely accounting purpose - hence my proposed answer.
This note "incidence des évaluations fiscale dérogatoires" appears from a quick Google search to be standard, but pretty franco-français. Several of the groups and companies that use it don't appear to publish their accounts in English. One example I did find, the fashion group Alain Manoukian, has used "Effect of exceptional tax assessments" but I think we can improve on that. Here we're talking about the bases that are different, ie the figures the taxes are based on are not the same as the figures for financial accounting purposes. Using "exceptional" could lead readers to think we're talking about "non recurring items" which as far as I can see is misleading: for instance "amortissement dérogatoire" is not the same thing as "amortissement exceptionnel".
Probably worth asking the client to ecplain if possible, then you can see if this intepretation fits (and tell me/us please so we can note it down or make sure not to make the same mistake again as appropriate!)

In USA for financial issues, "derogatory" is used for a rating that is not good (that is adverse); for example, a derogatory credit rating would indicate a person is not creditworthy because of bad credit history, etc.

Buzzy is right that dérogatoire means /déroger des normes/ ie outside the norms - when talking about valuation (fiscal or real estate) it means that someone/something is not evaluated on the same basis as the others -
GDT\'s definition : Se dit d\'une règle qui écarte, dans des limites déterminées, la règle normalement applicable, ou encore de la chose ou de la situation qui fait l\'objet du régime d\'exception.
