English term

flat organisational structure

English to Serbian Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
In contrast to a tall organisation, a flat organisation will have relatively few layers or just one layer of management. This means that the “Chain of Command” from top to bottom is short and the “span of control is wide”. Due to the small number of management layers, flat organisations are often small organisations.

Ravna organizaciona struktura ubrzava protok informacija a samim tim i efikasnost internog komuniciranja.

plitka organizaciona struktura

Flat organization (also known as horizontal organization) refers to an organizational structure with few or no levels of intervening management between staff and managers. The idea is that well-trained workers will be more productive when they are more directly involved in the decision making process, rather than closely supervised by many layers of management. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flat_organization)

Example sentence:

Kod šireg raspona postoji plitka organizaciona struktura, dok kod užeg raspona postoji duboka organizaciona struktura.
