English to Russian Social Sciences Education / Pedagogy Schools in USA

Коллеги, прошу помощи! Мой вариант "общественная школа" не совсем то... Речь не идет о британских общинных или исправительных школах. Здесь больше о комплексном подходе: образование + различные другие общественные услуги/программы для учащихся.
