Seidel aberrations are a way to describe errors in optical systems. They are also used to describe the errors in the human optic media, in this case the cornea. They are a way to mathematically break down the refractive power of a heterogenous optical system into homogenous parts comparable to the Zernike polynoms which are much more common in this context.

Discussion
The Seidel test is quite a common test in ophthalmology and has no correlation to the Seidel aberrations named after a completely different person. In this case the company definitely made an error.
