: Where is bonded? // It would be correct if you had translated 3 layer fabric. In technical language every word is important.

I thought a translation was meant to be correct rather that word-for-word ! "Bonded" is the technique used to put the 3 layers together and several techniques exist. "Bonded" by itself is not enough to know which technique is used
