How do I differenciate between Manager & Director. I can't use مدير
for both of them. I can't use مشرف for one of them because that will taken by "supervisor".

No standard distinctions, but possible workarounds
The issue is complicated by several factors, not the least of which is that fact that Arabs simply like the words مدير and إدارة, almost as much as Americans like the words "center" and "feel."
Any workaround will have to be treated as an explanatory fix, not as a standard term, because no standard distinction is widely recoginized.
Literally, "director" should be موجه, but that would be a false translation, because the term is not used in that sense.
In the film industry, we use مخرج. I wonder how that word came about.
In business admin, I would suggest the use of a modifier, such as مدير أعلى. The assumption here is that wherever you have an organization that uses both director and manager, director is usually a higher position.
I currently have a similar, possibly more difficult problem. Two related companies have the same name, one called "XX Company," the other "XX Corporation." I am thinking of using a modifier to distinguish them.

We make a distinction (in Tunisia) between manager and Director. the first has the latitude to make much more decisions than the latter, who is merely supposed to supervise.

الإدارة is Direction.

Thank you for your explanation. The question is about Arabic/English terminology. When "Manager" and "Director" are used separately, there's no harm in using the usual ���� for both of them. But when they are used in the same sentence or line, we have to use separate terms. What is your suggestion for (1) manager (2) director.
