English term

attributes Scripture to that of...

English Art/Literary Religion Creationism
There is value in understanding how an ancient culture understood certain things and how they used language. This sort of knowledge can be very helpful in better understanding Scripture. However, such study should not be used to explain away what Scripture clearly says. Such a dismissal ***attributes Scripture to that of*** just the level of fallible man — instead of it being the inspired Word of God for all people for all time (2 Timothy 3:16). God’s Word is not the fumbling attempts of fallible man to write down an understanding of the Word; it is the very God-breathed Word, as God inspired those He chose to write it down so we would have His infallible revelation to us.

ascribes it to

claims that scripture is "just (AT) the level of fallible man — instead of it being the inspired Word of God for all people for all time"

basically saying that it is not the work of God (inspiring a chosen scribe to write it down)

but a much lower level of a human fumbling with words
