3ali and f7 ali

Can anyone tell me why someone would put this as the "subject" in an email?

3ali is used in connection with music, and also

to indicate the 'ain character of Arabic, with which Ali begins (it's shaped like a 3). F7 ali appears in various Polish and Brazilian websites, possibly also with musical connections. I don't really know, but I tend to look into everything that the Proz colleagues leave unanswered. Call it a mania for efficiency.
