With this sign you shall conquer

Supposed to be what was told to Constantine when he saw the PX (Chi-Rho) characters in the sky. After this incident, Christianity became official in Rome.

The phrase is inscribed on a heraldic sword belt buckle for the Knights Templars Order of DeMolay. I only found a vague reference to the phrase and Constantine. "
