In the study, there are two "primary efficacy" objetives to be evaluated
It looks like the study is evaluating a therapeutic strategy. Once this strategy is implemented in a group of patients, it is necessary to measure in the patients some pre-set parameters. These parameters (such as the percent change in lumbar spine.... pain? deformity?) can be part of a main objective of primary efficacy (efficacy of the therapeutic strategy).
