Just want to know what does "2 through 12" refere to?
Does it mean 2 cranial nerves out of the 12 nerves are inact or it refers to the 2nd nerve?

For example, my translation agency splits up a large document among several translators. My assignment is pages 1 to 10, inclusive. I am supposed to translate pages 1 and 10 and all the pages in between.

They mean all nerves except CN I ( olfactory)
