It does'nt good enough:)

Try this:

MN Computer Offset Company Ltd. certifies that Miss xxxx xxxxx is an employee in the Customer Relations Department.

You can replace certifies with confirms if you choose. You can also precede either with "hereby".

It's a written confirmation that the young lady in question is indeed employed by the company.

A synonym might be "confirm".
