Antonym of
from time to time/ on selected business
From time to time is "di volta in volta", which is anything but regular and is normaly used i contracts to indicate a loose arrangement. It would also be helpful to have the original Italian as it is always difficult to second guess a submitted translation

Term contract
There are time-definitive term contracts; they can be long or short and are referred to in a variety of ways, including "master contract", "master agreement", etc. Certainly Distributorship, Dealership, Franchise Partner and Agency are other formalizations of this concept when it is taken to the next level.
