"I published a chapter in Braunwald's "Textbook of Cardiology" - in Harvard, considered the bible of cardiology." In other words, it's the reference book that's used in Harvard University when they teach cardiology.

neutral philgoddard : It could be "Harvard", but surely that would be "at", not "in". He was on sabbatical at Harvard when he wrote it.
