Success is that experience that 's not only achievement but fulfillment, and it can't be achieved unless you're growing and unless you're giving in ways. You're not positioning and giving things. It's not what other people say. It's what you know in your soul. And I think if you can find those things inside yourself. They're not easy, but they worth it.

putting yourself into a self-promoting/marketing position
positioning is a marketing concept but here it's personal promotion and means that the person should not just be thinking of self promotion (also known as "self-aggrandisement" http://www.thefreedictionary.com/self-aggrandisement)
"Success is that experience that's not only achievement but fulfillment" =it's not enough to achieve but one should feel a sense of fulfillment as well
and this (fulfillment) can only be achieved if you continue to "grow" =evolve/develop and are "giving"= being generous (not just with things but probably with time and energy as well)
so I don't believe it's just about giving things but rather about being genuine, and as Robert has said of doing things for real, not just for show.

English term (edited):
You're not positioning and giving things.
Do not give away things to simply try to make a favorable impression
This seems to be the intended sense here, but the quality of the English leaves a lot to be desired.

Correction:
My paraphrase should read as follows:
Do not give away things to simply try to make a favorable impression.

Note from asker:
I tried to punctuate the sentences correctly as it's part of Tony Robins' speech. |
