Just a small query. Translating "nave industrial" from Spanish, the kudoz search suggests "industrial building" or "manufacturing building". I feel that "factory" is a better word, but I have my doubts. This building has not yet been fitted out for production.

would certainly be the way I'd suggest you go; if it's not yet fiited out, it can't yet be a factory, although it could be used as one, or as a warehouse. From what (little) I remember of Spanish, this suggests a "hall", so I feel your doubts are unjustified.

I don't know Spanish and it also depends on the type of industry (power plant, production/canning facility)
