Tommy Chan the detective...

Hello everyone,

In the 1948 movie Shanghai Chest there is a scene where Tommy Chan and Birmingham are in jail.

At 10.00 Birmingham says, "Tommy Chan the detective." Then he turns around, makes a step towards the wall, then turns around again and says something that I can't make out.

What does he says (at 10.07)?
