@ Daniel I agree that this could be a name. Given that in film/tv scripts we are often talking about characters, who most of the time have names, this could easily be a name or reference to somebody. Used either as a nickname or a derogative reference to somebody would be plausible, but we don't know without context.

Without more context my guess would be "money belonging to / coming from the creeper", the "creeper" being some specific previously mentioned person.

Just because the money is coming from some unsavoury character wouldn't make it dirty / illegal.
