I heard it in the film "the convent", something like "how about I make you my wiatch"? when one of the caracters wants to take the other's power. I found this definition

American pronunciation/combination of witch and bitch
The link says it's a combination of "bitch" and witch" and I've heard it alot too. It comes down to the American long drawn out pronunciation of biiiiaaatch and wiiiaatch.
Hard to describe really:)

Maybe it's more of that southern US pronunciation where it's used or mimicked from....that ole Texan drawl:)
Hey y'all....have you that wiiiiaaaatch:)

To answer your exact question is just means "witch" but it's kind of like a polite was of saying "bitch" at the same time. In your context talking about taking powers it would mean witch. Another version would be "how about I make you my bee itch(bitch)" which you would hear more in prison movies...that's a whole other story:))
