First, let me restate the sentence:
The workplace solutitionS are good both for "rapidly accelerating businesses and start-ups" and also will provide an "instant footprint for international corporations.”
Here are some examples of this type of use:
This is important because Bear Stearns is perpetually bandied about as a takeover target for a larger bank seeking an instant footprint on Wall Street.

The acquisition gave Canaccord an instant footprint in the U.S. which it monetized extremely well when pitching for IPO mandates for Canadian companies. Canaccord also has a good European presence and has successfully listed numerous Canadian companies on the AIM Exchange.

The above examples demonstrate one way for corporations to quickly (or instantly) a particular market. The instant workplace is being promoted in your text as another way to quickly (or instantly) set up an office in a new market.

A way to find them through the "trail" created by these workplace solutions.

I understand footprint here as the amount of ground you occupy. Maybe it was meant to be "foothold" - sounds better with "instant".
