The text gives definitions of the core organization capabilities. One of them (besides talent, speed, learning etc.) is leadership. The definition goes as follows:

Leadership: We are good at embedding leaders throughout the organization who deliver the right results in the right way - who ***carry our leadership brand***.

And then there is the audit with questions about each of these capabilities.

"Brand for leadership" makes no sense and is not common ly used. Organisations may have a leadership philosophy, style, approach.

qualifications for leadership

with this expression, what is actually ascribed to the leaders, namely persons within the organisation, is brought to the overall organisation level. "To what extent is our company qualified about possessing real leaders within itself?"
