it seems/looks???? as if half of your heart has been taken away from you, yet fear not, for half of it flew (here) inside my hands




I know it is horrible English, that's why I wish to have your appreciated criticisms and suggestions

My 2cents.

Fear not, for while half of your heart appears to have been taken away from you, yet the other half has flown here, right into the safety of my very hands.

agree Alaa Zeineldine : It is too late for a context question Kim, but you and I were looking at different halves. I wonder which half the author had fly inside his hands, the same one that was apparently taken away, or the other half? Whatever that means:)
