English to Swedish Bus/Financial Law (general) Trading

It is Company’s policy that all officers, directors and employees designated from time to time by the Office of the General Counsel (e.g., those employees who typically have access to inside information, including financial results, before it is publicly disseminated) should not engage in any of the following activities with respect to XXX securities, without the prior approval of the Company’s Law Department:
Trading in XXX options, warrants, puts and calls.
