Tapestry needle is aguja de bordado. Is the one that is used for embroidery, cross-stich, etc. Crochet hook is aguja de ganchillo (at least in Spain).

No, they're not the same, Javier. But "tapestry" can be of the type that is hung on the wall or the type that's used for decorating servilletes, table cloths, cushion covers, etc. Which type of tapestry are you referring to? They have different names in Spanish.
